Your first progress grade report is due Monday, October 6, 2008. Make sure you have it ready for turn that day.
Like always Quiz # 2 will be this Friday ( and yes! we do have quizzes on a minimum day)

Hello students,
Welcome back to a brand new school year. I hope everyone had a fun and relaxing summer. I am excited to have you in my class and am looking forward to an awesome year.
This is the site where you can find news and updates about our math class. All the homework, table of content for your notebook, in-class work, etc... will be available on this site and can be downloaded into you computer if needed. I would encourage you to check this website often, invite your parents to look at our class website so they will know what we are doing as it will be updated everyday.
Here is a little something about myself:
This is my second year teaching 7th grade math on A-track. My interests are technology and mathematics so definitely expect a lot of online activities and projects. I have one brother and one sister in which I am the oldest. In case you want to know where I am from: I was also born and raised in Vietnam. I graduated from UCLA, but I went to high school in Orange County.
This summer I have been busy moving into my apartment and going to trainings to learn more about math and technology. My apartment is still a big mess and I will probably need to spend some time cleaning it up.
I hope we will have an fantastic year together. I look forward to knowing you better throughout the year. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or see me after class. I am always here to help. Together, we will succeed.
